Hardy Days @ The Spot OK folks, mark your calendars on May 21, 22 & 23 for the return of Hardy Days. This was one of our most successful programs in '09 and we are really pleased to have the guys from Hardy back in the shop for another intensive educational opportunity.
The weekend begins with John Shaner again Teaching a traditional English wet fly class on Friday evening. The guys who attended last year's classwere blown away by, not only John's Consumate Tying skills, but by the vast depth of his fly fishing historical knowledge. There is limited seating for this event and it filled quickly , so call to reserve your seat. On Saturday John, Jon Malovich and Jim Zech will be on hand to show off the newest and greatest products from House of Hardy and Greys. Test cast a Hardy Bamboo rod, a glass rod or a Greys Streamflex and feel the unique actions that these great rods offer. John will evaluate your vintage Hardy reels and disassemble and lube them at no charge.
The Hardy Vintage day on Sunday is shaping up to be another fun filled day.
